It is a wine made by Bodegas Casajús from Tempranillo grapes, also known as Tinta del País, grown in the family’s vineyards in Quintana del Pidio, on sandy loam soils and sheltered to the north by small hills of pine trees and scrubland.
This wine is made from the first grapes of the harvest. The grapes are directly pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperature. This process allows us to extract the full aromatic potential of the variety while preserving the fruitiness, body, and finesse characteristic of traditional Ribera del Duero rosés.

Description
VISUAL PHASE
Clean and bright, with a raspberry-red color.
AROMATIC PHASE
Moderately intense aromas with an elegant touch of exotic fruit, while wild red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry stand out, characteristic of the variety.
TASTING PHASE
It offers a certain natural sweetness supported by pleasant acidity, leading to a long, fresh, and persistent finish with enveloping flavors.
It is ideal for hot days and for enjoying as an aperitif with tapas. It also pairs well with egg-based dishes, rice, and pasta, and more generally with light, low-fat meals.
To fully appreciate this wine, we recommend serving it at between 8 °C and 10 °C.
