Made from grapes grown in our own vineyards

We craft a carefully selected range of wines from excellent grapes grown in vineyards that we have been tending for decades with care and respect. Many of these vines are more than 70 years old, an inheritance from our ancestors, from whom we learned to work the soil vine by vine, with attention, patience, and the same respect they passed down to us.

In the winery, we choose high‑quality barrels from different corners of the world, where all our wines—except the young Rosado Splendore, designed to be enjoyed in its freshest, most vibrant expression—rest for as long as needed to reach their full potential. We work to listen to the wine, understand it, and accompany it, helping it find a perfect balance between fruit, structure, and power. A subtle, well‑judged aging that enhances, without hiding, the notes of dark fruit and the bold character that defines Casajús’ distinctive style.
