A white wine from Ribera del Duero made with 95% Albillo Mayor and 5% other white varieties, all sourced from the family’s old vineyards planted in Quintana del Pidio at the beginning of the 20th century.

It is elaborated and then aged in wooden barrels for 12 months, giving the wine greater complexity and special characteristics that continue to improve over time.

Ingredientes

Uvas, conservadores (metabisulfito de potasio (sulfitos)), agentes estabilizantes (contiene goma arábiga y/o poliaspartato de potasio).

Description

VISUAL PHASE
Very clean and bright, with a pale straw‑yellow color.

AROMATIC PHASE
Aromas of white‑fleshed fruits (apple and pear).

TASTING PHASE
On the palate there is white and stone fruit. The barrel adds a few spicy hints. It is flavorful, with great volume and a refreshing sensation that makes it lively. The finish shows citrus notes.

For the 2019 vintage, 400 numbered bottles were produced.

It is ideal to accompany fresh fish and seafood, rice dishes, and pasta with creamy sauces. It also pairs well with delicatessen products that are not too fatty.

To enjoy it at its best, it is recommended to serve it at between 9 ºC and 12 ºC.
